- What made you join TLG? I joined TLG because I saw a clear opportunity to progress my career in a business that invests in its people. The sector focus, strong client relationships and structured development path really appealed to me.
- What’s your working background? I started my career as an apprentice in recruitment, where I learned the fundamentals of the industry from the ground up. I then moved into a Junior Consultant role at my previous company, building experience across candidate sourcing, delivery and client support before progressing to Consultant level.
